Reservations are not required, but filling out this RSVP form is helpful if you have dietary restrictions or need childcare -- and to help us plan meals and seating.

Friday evening (7 pm – 9 pm)

Registration/check-in at parking lot entrance

Coffeehouse social time, including live music and food (Wassail, Whatnots, and Ortz!)

Saturday (10:30 am – 4:30 pm)

Registration/check-in at parking lot entrance

10:30 am – 11:15 Midweek Experience; West Lounge; light breakfast


10:30 am – 12:30 pm Option: Women’s March; starts at Alma Mater on Green Street


11:30 am – 12:30 pm Building Tour

12:30 pm – 1:30 pm Lunch (Papa Del's pizza)

1:30 pm – 2:30 Visioning conversation with Director Rev. David Fuquay


2:45 pm – 4:30 pm Service Projects: various building and yardwork projects

(bring ok-to-get-dirty clothes and work gloves!); or repackaging bulk items for Wesley Food Pantry

Dinner and Evening entertainment on your own

CU Folk & Roots Festival, (

Go as a group to a restaurant or have dinner delivered to Wesley

Sunday (10:30 am - 1:30 pm)

10:30 am – 11:30 am Combined worship service, Great Hall
