Parking at Wesley

Wesley is fortunate to have a large parking lot located on S. Goodwin Ave.

behind our facilities right in the heart of campus.

This lot provides ample parking for our Sunday services, student center activities,

and special events throughout the week.

Parking Policy

Our lot is reserved for Wesley programs, events, and those with a valid Wesley parking lease. Parking for any other purpose (including shopping, dining, or visiting nearby businesses) is not permitted. Vehicles parked in violation of this policy will receive notice, and repeat violations may result in towing at the owner’s expense. We regret the need to take such measures, but it is essential to preserve parking for our ministry needs and to respect the rights of those who lease spaces from Wesley.

Weekday Visitors

If you are visiting Wesley during weekday office hours, please sign in your vehicle at the Center Office when you arrive.

Leased Parking Information

Wesley offers a limited number of leased parking spaces each year. At this time, all spaces are leased, and we maintain a waitlist for future openings. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email donna@wesleyui.org.

Lease Options & Rates

Annual Lease (2025): $675
Quarterly Lease: $185 per quarter (renewable each quarter)

Leaseholder Guidelines

Leased parking is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm.
Overnight and weekend parking is not permitted.
All vehicles must display a valid Wesley Parking Tag on the rearview mirror at all times. Vehicles without tags are subject to towing.
Wesley is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring on the premises.
In the rare event of a large funeral or special event, Wesley reserves the right to temporarily suspend leased parking with advance notice provided to leaseholders.
